Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and brand labels remain attached.
Ship Your Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
